How to Apply A Synthetic Lace Front Wig
Best Natural Looking Synthetic Wig
How to apply a natural-looking lace front wig without glue is pretty easy. This, ‘Solana Sensationnel’ wig is relatively inexpensive and you only need a few things to install it. Click here for a fun video tutorial.
Things you need are:
A wig cap. I like to use knee-high stockings because they come in so many different colours to choose from and they are a lot more inexpensive than wig caps.
A paddle brush. This Olivia Garden Paddle Brush is one of my favorites. It’s great for detangling wigs and detangling your own natural hair while minimizing damage.
Foundation or foundation powder. This will help the wig and the wig cap look more realistic by matching your scalp.

Instructions:
Smooth your hair back into a ponytail or braid it to lay flat.
Apply a wig cap or stocking cap to your head. Be sure to tuck your baby hairs under the stocking cap.
If the stocking cap does not match your hair exactly, you can apply a powder foundation to the area that you plan on parting the wig.
Apply the wig to your head. Check in the mirror and adjust the wig so that it lays exactly where you want it.
Secure the clip or combs in that is in the wig. This will help the wig stay in place and not slide of your head.
Brush or comb the hair. You can go a step further and lay the baby hairs of the wig to give a more natural appearance.
