Goop Beauty, GoopGenes All - In- One Nourishing Face Cream and Nourishing Eye Cream was hopeful. The brand being non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty free has some bragging points but is this any good?

As soon as you open the face cream, you will notice right away that this formulae is THICCC! Yes, with three Cs.

This is a thick moisturizer has a formulae that absorbs beautifully into my skin. It has a light scent to it which I’ll describe as a slight hint baby nappy cream scream. 

This will be great if you have very dry skin for summer, a night cream for combination skin and an everyday cream for winter for dry combination types. 

This did pile a little when I used it to layer on my serums, but it was fine when I used one product to layer under it.  I did not notice a mind blowing difference to my skin, but I will recommend trying it if this sparks curiosity. 

I wish this eye-cream was more moisturizing. It absorbs quickly but does not have that ‘wet’ moisturized feeling that I adore. It does NOT pile or do anything weird under makeup or sunscreen, but I can’t say I will be reaching for this. 

These are good options if having non-toxic, cruelty free, vegan products is a priority for you. I will say, that I will probably reach for something else. What are your thoughts on this?
